Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at FutureLift Marketing, we are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic female professional to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility for both remote work and in-person collaboration as needed, especially for physical visits to clinics for solution presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement result-driven digital marketing strategies for healthcare clients, focusing on generating more patients for their practices.
• Lead and manage the FutureLift Marketing team, including Google and META certified experts, social media marketers, graphic designers, and video editors.
• Ensure effective collaboration among team members to deliver cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.
• Provide daily reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of ongoing campaigns.
• Conduct audits of clients’ current online presence and present tailored strategies to generate more patients and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Be willing to travel occasionally for in-person visits to clinics for solution presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team of experts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Female candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience are preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing trends is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Location Requirement:

• The candidate should currently reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, or be open to relocating to this area.
