Position: Manager, Digital Marketing (Performance Marketer)

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
– Proven track record in digital marketing, focusing on performance strategies in fashion retail.
– Extensive experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
– Oversee performance marketing including SEM, SEO, paid social, display ads, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
