Job Description
Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with experience and expertise in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the hotel website, and generate revenue through direct bookings.
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with customers and promote the hotel’s services and facilities.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to keep past guests and potential customers informed about promotions, events, and other news related to the hotel.
- Monitor website analytics and use data to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with revenue and occupancy goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the hotel industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
