About the role:
Position: Digital Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting engaging content daily on all Khaadi Corporation social media platforms.
- Responding to queries, feedback and complaints in a timely manner for all social media platforms.
- Developing content calendars and schedules for consistent posting across social media channels.
- Aligning content as per the marketing calendar in coordination with the Brand Image Excellence and Product Planning & Merchandising Excellence.
- Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand, and leveraging opportunities for engagement.
Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Community Management and proficiency in CRM Software.
