The role of Solution Consulting Lead is a dynamic, full-time position based in Islamabad. As the Solution Consulting Lead, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering top-notch technical solutions. Your responsibilities include active participation in client engagements, steering presentations, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and overall success for Metis.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Over 5 years of hands-on consulting experience, specializing in Data and Digital Transformation
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of leading and inspiring consultant teams
- Demonstrated experience working effectively across multiple time zones
- Proven aptitude for business development and sales, encompassing opportunity identification, proposal creation, and deal closure
- Exceptional presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling ideas and solutions to clients
- Robust problem-solving abilities, addressing issues promptly and decisively
- Exposure to machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies is advantageous
- We particularly welcome individuals with experience in startup environments.
