Job Description
The Position
Head of Customer Care will be a part of Pakistan’s Leadership team & will lead the development and implementation of the Roche Diagnostics Pakistan professional services strategy to achieve customer satisfaction in alignment with Roche global goals and strategies. This position leads the Pakistan Team. Main roles & responsibilities:
– Engage with a team following the Roche Leadership Commitments
– Direct the establishment and implementation of vision and strategies for the affiliate’s field service, application and technical support function
– Develop and manage functional budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal results
– Responsible for the divisional cross-portfolio customer support strategy within Pakistan DIA
– Lead a team of expert project managers who are responsible for the development and implementation of complex customer installations
– Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing and Sales dept to translate customer needs into strategic proposals for high-quality service delivery
– Demonstrate strong leadership with a high capacity of handling stressful situations, mainly coming from customers facing a critical situation with our products Education & Experience:
– Bachelor Degree / Master’s degree preferably in life sciences, engineering, laboratory, biochemical or equivalent
– At least five years of experience in leading professional services, with a proven success record
– At least ten years of experience of lab diagnostics / medical device / healthcare industry with proven success record
– Direct experience with lab diagnostics market is preferred
– Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
– Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive, and ability to achieve goals with minimum direction
