Job Description
Position: Director Finance & Support Functions
Industry: Personal Care – Manufacturing
Location: Karachi
Qualification: CA Qualified (Mandatory requirement)
Experience: At least 12 to 15 years of experience in FMCG or Pharma sector or any manufacturing setup
Core Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience in senior management roles overseeing Finance, HR, and IT.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and growth across support functions.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Finance, HR, and IT operations.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead HR strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure robust IT infrastructure and cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align support functions with corporate goals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships for IT and HR services.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across support functions.
• Implement risk management strategies in Finance, HR, and IT.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Finance, HR, and IT teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to support function managers.
Salary Budget: up-to 1.5 Million inclusive benefits
