Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology (IT) to lead our dynamic IT department at CureMD. As the Director IT, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our technology systems.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of IT projects, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Maintain data security and privacy standards, complying with industry best practices and regulations.
• Monitor and assess technology performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within an IT department, preferably as an IT Manager or IT Director.
• In-depth knowledge of information technology principles, practices, and processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
