Job Description
- The role is responsible for driving development, performance, and maintenance of Pakistan office activities to achieve optimal efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the company.
- Overall management of the region ensuring an efficient and energetic approach to business with maximum quality and service for the organization.
- Develop and optimize mechanisms for regional activities by monitoring and measuring operations, processes, and outcomes, and communicating feedback to the relevant internal entities.
- Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
- Monitoring and improving operational efficiency; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing and leading a team of Team Leads and employees, while providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
