Job Description
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity through strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and guide the operations team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members for optimal performance.
Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the food industry.
- Experience in the food chain is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
