Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize operational processes across real estate business units to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Manage sale/purchase strategies for cost-effective and high-quality real estate management.
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Optimize the company’s real estate assets for maximum value and ROI.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements for enhanced productivity.
- Lead risk management initiatives to ensure compliance and standards.
- Provide strategic leadership to operations, procurement, and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, specializing in real estate assets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of optimizing operations.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and real estate asset principles.
