Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Partnership Strategy:

• Create and implement a comprehensive approach to identifying, targeting, and partnering with brokerage firms.
• Develop tactics and processes for reaching new brokers and expanding existing partnerships.

2. Set and Manage KPIs:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for broker partnerships.
• Ensure broker engagement and partnership goals are met.

3. Broker Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary contact for broker partnerships.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and address any issues.

4. Innovate Outreach Approaches:

• Generate fresh ideas to engage and attract brokers.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams for successful integration.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct regular market research.
• Report on partnership progress to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of brokerage services and platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to set and meet ambitious goals.
