Sundas Foundation, established in 1998, is one of the largest Blood Transfusion and Health Care Networks in Pakistan, specialized in serving Thalassemia and Hemophilia patients. With headquarters in Lahore and 10 centers nationwide, Sundas Foundation has provided over 406,482 units of healthy and screened blood and blood products.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Director South at Sundas Foundation in Karachi involves overseeing operations and management of the Blood Transfusion and Health Care Network in the southern region. Responsibilities include strategy development, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality maintenance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Healthcare or blood transfusion industry experience
- Knowledge of Thalassemia and Hemophilia and their treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good organizational and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Public Health)
