Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Overview: Caveman Organics Private Limited seeks a motivated and organized Dispatch Assistant Intern to support our logistics team. This internship offers hands-on experience managing courier services, processing online orders, and reporting on dispatch-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process orders through Shopify and ensure accurate dispatch through various courier services.
- Courier Coordination: Communicate with courier companies to schedule pickups, manage deliveries, and troubleshoot issues.
- Excel Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports in Excel, tracking all dispatch-related activities and providing updates to management.
- Process Oversight: Monitor the flow of dispatch processes, ensuring smooth operations and resolving courier-related challenges promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: Must have at least an Intermediate qualification.
- Language: Ability to communicate and understand English.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for managing courier-related tasks.
