Responsibilities:
· Coordinate dispatch operations for timely deliveries
· Communicate with drivers and monitor delivery routes
· Update clients on shipment status and handle inquiries
· Prepare dispatch documentation and resolve delivery issues
· Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory management
· Collaborate with the sales team to align activities
· Monitor dispatch systems for efficiency and report issues promptly
