Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Accurately collect and enter booking information.
- Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs effectively.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with UK geography are preferred.
