Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to DC queries promptly and effectively.
- Investigate and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and assign bookings efficiently.
- Monitor and track assignments for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain transparent communication channels.
- Inform all relevant parties about changes in DC.
Requirements:
