Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Officer to join our team at Dot Print PVT Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods, while effectively coordinating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate shipments, plan delivery routes, monitor inventory for dispatch readiness, communicate with drivers and clients, ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain dispatch records, and provide customer support for inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications: The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics. Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office, along with the ability to multitask under pressure, is essential.
