Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Officer at Stalwart Enterprises. The Dispatch Officer is responsible for ensuring that our clients’ shipments are tracked, monitored, and delivered on time. They will also be responsible for assigning daily tasks to drivers and communicating with both drivers and clients to ensure timely delivery. The Dispatch Officer will need to maintain accurate records of deliveries and maintain communication with team members throughout the shipment process. This role demands an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks effectively
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Office Hours: 5pm-2am (Monday-Friday)
