Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks and drivers, schedules, and providing support for the operations team. The Truck Dispatcher will ensure on-time deliveries, maintain accurate records, and communicate with drivers to ensure they are following schedules and routes. They will also be responsible for solving issues related to shipments and providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and GPS tracking tools
- Fluency in English
