Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Dispatcher at Khalis Group. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for maintaining dispatch records, coordinating with Plant Operations and Supply Chain teams, and ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of orders. Additionally, you will handle communication with carriers and customers, manage complaints and returned goods, and perform related duties.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in using dispatch management software and systems
– Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
