Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record important information
- Address problems and requests by providing solutions
- Dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Prioritize calls based on urgency
- Coordinate crews’ schedules and routes
- Provide field units with necessary information
- Enter data into computer systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dispatcher
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CAD
- Fast typing skills and data entry experience
- Knowledge of emergency procedures
- Proficient in English
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- High school diploma
- 3 to 4 months of dispatching experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
