Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher, located in Bahria Town, Lahore. The Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving and coordinating transportation requests, dispatching drivers, and monitoring driver progress. The Dispatcher will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of road conditions, routes, and transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with geographical locations and transportation maps
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and make quick decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills
Additional Information
Salary: 30K Plus an Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: 5:00 PM To 2:00 AM
