Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in Dādu. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales operations within their assigned district, including building and managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel within the assigned district as required
