Job Description
Fatima Group is hiring for the position of District Sales Manager in the Marketing & Sales Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving company sales goals and profitability in the assigned district. Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the assigned region
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations
- Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards
- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Provide sales data trends and develop sales projections accordingly
- Ensure the execution of the company sales plans at the grassroots level within the assigned district
Market Development:
- In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, identify underdeveloped areas with high sales potential and ensure product availability to increase market share and penetration
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities
- Survey customer needs and trends while tracking competitors’ activities
- Analyze market dynamics to determine sales volume potential
Customer Relationships Management:
- Maintain and expand the customer base in the assigned district
- Ensure sustained positive relationships with key customers and identify new customers
- Manage and address customer complaints in an effective and timely manner
