Job Description
THE ROLE:
- DSM will ensure the achievement of sales targets while optimizing the efficiency and smoothness of sales operations across all designated outlets.
- Will manage teams ensuring excellent customer service, operational excellence, and inventory management of retail stores.
- Strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders including Marketing & Visual Merchandising, while also contributing to financial closure.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
- Business Graduate with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a leading retail company in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication, people management, and decision-making skills, along with a familiarity with customer service standards.
- Should have an excellent grasp of MS Excel.
