Job Description
Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree or, at the least, a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University.
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:
- Talent Acquisition process & Placement under Manpower Plan (MPP)
- Batch Hiring in line with Annual Induction Strategy
- Gender Diversity and Inclusion
- Employer Branding
- Liaison with vendors/outsourced service providing companies
- Post-recruitment processes, including employee induction and documentation verification
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes and policies based on market trends
- Leadership, motivational, team-building, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
