Job Description

Qualification:

ACA, ACCA, ACMA, MBA, and/or a Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:

  • Preparation of annual Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Financial Planning.
  • Rolling Strategic Planning & Adjustments.
  • Variance Analysis & Management Reporting.
  • Development of Dashboard Reporting & Performance Measurement.
  • Preparation of monthly packs for CEO and various committees, including ALCO.
  • Implementing new MIS/BI, budgeting, and reporting tools in the Bank, in coordination with CAD, Finance, and Information Technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting/forecasting & strategic planning techniques, including segment-wise and group-wise bifurcation.
  • Strong understanding of MIS & Business intelligence tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, operations, and other banking policies & products.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving & decision-making skills.

Location: Lahore

Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
