Job Description
J7 Emporium is seeking a skilled Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor invoices, organizing project documentation, and assisting the Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day operations. Effective coordination with both internal departments and external vendors is critical for success.
Key Skills Needed: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate construction.
