Job Description
Purpose: To prepare all relevant drawings and maintain assigned data/record and arrange required sign-offs.
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in using drafting software, particularly Visio or AutoCAD
- Record keeping
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of NSIS
Area of Responsibility:
- Undertake to draw sketches for SIPs, new feeders, HT links, and other requirements as per SOP.
- Ensure maintaining backup data/record on a daily basis and organize scheduled reports as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of all records.
Relevant To Manager UGM/SSM:
- Prepare daily fault sheets related to UGM and SSM faults.
- Develop analytical reports to initiate actions for sustainable operation of network equipment.
- Maintain duty roaster related to centralized UGM/SSM teams.
- Update comprehensive report on material used for cable fault repair.
- Maintain details of PQC labor, handle related invoices and certificates.
- Maintain daily attendance of vehicles and relevant logbooks.
- Maintain fuel consumption record related to Generators.
- Resolve portal issues in coordination with IT.
Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure department operates according to applicable health, safety, and environmental protocols for the safety and well-being of staff & public.
