Job Description
Overview:
The Draftsman will be responsible for generating and updating P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), updating existing drawings, and creating new project drawings and plant layout designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update P&IDs for various projects.
- Generate detailed drawings for new projects and update existing drawings as required.
- Develop plant layout designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project engineers and site teams to ensure drawings are in line with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Pro-E software.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a drafting role.
- Experience in the food, process, or chemical industry is highly preferred.
- Educational background in Mechanical or Civil engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
