Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets VIP guests and provides special services.
- Assists in VIP arrivals and departures.
- Checks lobby cleanliness and staff appearance.
- Monitors guest registration and room assignments.
- Coordinates with departments for smooth operations.
- Handles guest complaints and maintains good relations.
- Follows hotel policies and procedures.
PREREQUISITES:
Must communicate effectively in English and other languages. Graduates in hotel management or related field. Minimum two years experience in a similar role. Basic computer skills required.
