Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets and provides special services for VIP guests
- Assists in VIP arrivals and departures
- Checks cleanliness and appearance of lobby and staff
- Ensures accurate registration information
- Coordinates with departments for smooth operations
- Handles guest complaints and maintains good relations
PREREQUISITES:
Must have strong communication skills in English and other languages are a plus. A pleasant personality is key to representing the hotel management.
Education: Bachelor’s or diploma in hotel management or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role with computer skills and knowledge of Hotel management software
