Job Description
Defines/sets and drives the sales targets of the assigned team to achieve business goals and maximize profit. Co-plans work schedules and duty roster for the Inbound team, supervises Call Center agents, ensures accurate information on products/services is communicated, and assists in daily operations. Manages performance assessment reports, partners with supervisors/managers for development plans, identifies trends in customer service, and ensures Contact Center technical facilities are maintained. Develops preventive maintenance programs and provides technical support. Additional responsibilities as advised by Line Manager/Supervisor.
