Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, bills, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Oversee statutory reporting, timely closing of accounts, compliance with IFRS and corporate laws
- Manage tax processes, withholding taxes, sales taxes, and submissions
- Verify schedules of payables, receivables, advances monthly
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register, accurate classifications, monthly depreciation
- Prepare financial statements, horizontal/vertical analyses
- Suggest ERP system improvements, automate processes
- Process payments to vendors and employees accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with stakeholders, resolve financial issues
- Manage cash flows effectively to support financial operations
Requirements:
- CA or ACCA with mandatory article period
- Minimum 7 years in audit, accounts, financial operations
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite
- Proven track record in managing accounting records
- Proficiency in financial management, statutory reporting, compliance
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis
