Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to customer service, sales, and e-commerce. The role includes communicating with customers, managing e-commerce websites and catalogs, and analyzing data to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Understanding of E-Commerce processes and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
