Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant located in Islamabad. As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the MakaanShop E-commerce team. Responsibilities include creating product listings, updating information, and coordinating with the Operations team. You must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu languages
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in E-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with online catalogs, product data management, price management, and promotion calendar software is preferred
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), XML/CSV-based data feeds, and e-commerce Platforms such as Magento, OpenCart, WooCommerce, etc.
