Job Description
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries primarily via chat and occasional calls in English.
- Provide accurate product details and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Able to work night shifts and achieve set goals.
