We are seeking dedicated Regular Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for full-time positions. This job requires working 8 hours a day, six days a week, and is not remote.
Your responsibilities will include providing prompt customer assistance, managing orders, engaging in customer service chats, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills are essential.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and e-commerce experience, preferably with eBay operations. Candidates must commute daily to our office and bring their own laptop.
