Job Description
Grace Fabrics International is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Executive for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in online retail or fashion brands. You will be responsible for managing comprehensive E-Commerce operations, which include order processing, customer support, payment management, and delivery coordination.
Your key responsibilities entail responding to customer inquiries, overseeing payment transactions, developing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Applicants should hold an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and have relevant work experience. Proficiency with E-Commerce platforms is essential.
