Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled E-Commerce Head with expertise in managing Amazon operations to join our team. As the E-Commerce Head, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through Amazon, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and maximizing customer satisfaction on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall E-Commerce strategy, with a focus on Amazon, to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of Amazon seller central account, including listing optimization, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute Amazon-specific marketing strategies, such as sponsored products and advertising campaigns
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and rankings
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in E-Commerce and Amazon marketplace
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an E-Commerce Head or similar role, with specific expertise in managing Amazon operations
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and sales growth on Amazon platform
- Proficient in using Amazon seller central tools and features
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
