Job Description
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the online sales and marketing efforts of the company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic to the company’s e-commerce website, improving the user experience, and increasing online sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Create and optimize product listings to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the website design and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the online marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of SEO and online marketing best practices.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
