Job Description

HR Viewpoint is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations on platforms such as Shopify and Daraz. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-volume order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory flow, while effectively coordinating with our warehousing, technology, customer experience, and merchandising teams.

Your key responsibilities will include driving reporting, automating processes, and innovating workflows to improve efficiency. You will monitor essential performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, return rates, and order accuracy to maintain platform health, product availability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
