Job Description
Job Title: E-Invoicing Consultant
Job Overview:
Support the implementation, compliance, and operations of e-invoicing systems per ZATCA regulations. The role includes technical implementation, Identifying and resolving E-invoicing specific errors (including API connection errors, invoice XML validations), operational coordination across finance, IT, and operations, and ensuring system integration, testing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end e-invoicing project implementation.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to align workflows with e-invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations (Phase 1 and 2).
- Monitor e-invoicing operations and drive process improvements.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of ZATCA regulations (Phase 1 and 2).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SAGE).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of finance and supply chain workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- 2 years in e-invoicing or ERP integration.
- KSA market experience preferred.
- Expertise in using data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or other visualization platforms is preferred.
