Job Description
About the Job: Join Ability Pvt Ltd as an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with online orders and ensuring satisfaction through excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field; 3-4 years of ecommerce experience; proficiency in ecommerce platforms.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Working Conditions: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
