Job Description
Description of Role:
This job role would be responsible for overseeing all development and implementations for TES Order Management System through coordination with our overseas partner. Candidates must display an advanced understanding of the e-commerce process.
- Development coordination and oversight
- Daily user management support
- Developing an e-commerce KPI dashboard
- Developing and managing a team
- Providing visibility to senior management
- Implementing the Order Management System for new clients
- Conducting training sessions for new users
The ideal candidate should have a positive can-do attitude and be able to remain calm under high-pressure situations. Candidates should display ambition, ownership, and dedication toward growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable institute.
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in eCommerce Customer Services, project management, knowledge of eCommerce order management, MS Excel, and CRM software.
Skills Required: Written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills.
