• Product Listing and Management: Store Management
• Upload and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images.

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Order Processing:

• Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely shipments.

Data Entry:

• Maintain accurate and organized data related to products and orders.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions and content.
• Contribute ideas for marketing materials and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Intermediate, Bachelor, and Masters degrees are preferable. Additional education in the Computer Field is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
