Role Purpose
The Education Counsellor guides international students in finding the right institution, providing information on study opportunities and assisting with applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive student pipeline goals and satisfaction, promote essential products/services, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the student journey.
- Engage with students and education providers, manage leads, and participate in lead-generating activities.
Required Experience
- Experience in sales or customer service, knowledge of education sector, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and relevant qualifications required.
