Job Description
1. Definition and Role:
The educationist works in an educational system. Educationists can play different roles and have different responsibilities as following:
a) Facilitate curriculum development, learning, research, teaching, diagnostic assessment, and prep policy and procedures.
b) An educationist is thorough with the process and methods of teaching that other teachers and professors must follow.
c) Promote the education system while upholding the morals of a student at the same time.
d) Help in shaping the system and sometimes even have to negotiate with the mgmt.
e) Plans to improve the education system.
f) Train and educate the teaching staff about the newer teaching methods and be technologically adaptive
2. Qualification:
• MA in Education / M.Ed. (Education) / Ph.D. in Education
3. Skills / Expertise:
• Strong time and project management
• Critical thinking skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Experience: 8 – 10 yrs
