Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in the Bahawalpur branch of Paragon Overseas Education. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing bespoke consultancy services, advising students on their education options, and guiding them through the application process. The Educational Consultant will also be responsible for client communication, customer service, and developing consulting strategies to optimize the client experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Education
- Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in international education and studying overseas is a plus
